The end label on this cartridge shows USA instead of Singapore, does that make it more interesting or is it simply not very important?

Not unusally with M-Network carts. Some are USA, some are Singapore and some are marked Phillipines.

The "secondary label" on the cart in the auction in question. It looks like someone printed and cut out a screenshot of the game and affixed it to the cart with a piece of tape.

Probably because someone did. It looks like just the name Burgertime wasn't enough to tell the person what game it was, they needed a screen shot.
