That particular label variation is listed separately in the Atariage rarity guide. It doesn't share many similarities with other text labels. It's unknown why Atari chose to release that one cart with that particular label.

if you read the giant list of label variations, it says that this label style for star ship was produced in the 42-45th week of 1982 (based on the date stamp on the end label). that was a time when atari went through several cart label and box styles. they reprinted a lot of the original text labels using picture labels instead. they also released their first silver labels at that time. i tend to group that star ship in with the other picture label re-releases of old text label titles from that time.
