Prof Procyon #1 Posted February 5, 2004 Hi, I can't find that label variation in the rarity guide. I suppose that european Pal cartridges aren't always listed here. Is that worth the money? Quick Step is a rarity 5 on the list. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...8&category=3528 I'm also in the possibility of buying a black on white label variation (see attachment). How much would be a faire price for pal versions?
kheffington #2 Posted February 5, 2004 It is PAL format. see www.atariguide.com for a picture of that label.
CincYnoTi #3 Posted February 5, 2004 unfortunately, the rarity for an NTSC game does not always map directly into the rarity for the same game in PAL format. and since most of the PAL games here do not have a rarity, you have to use your own experience in the PAL market for rarity and price. the one in the ebay link is the PAL version by HES. it was sold in a 2-in-1 package along with cosmic ark. my guess is that it normally sells for between $5 and $10 on ebay. here are a couple similar HES releases of imagic titles: http://www.atariage.com/cart_page.html?Sof...areLabelID=2260 http://www.atariage.com/cart_page.html?Sof...areLabelID=2062 the black/white version is one of eleven imagic titles that seem to have been released by activision (or salu) in europe after imagic sold their rights to activision. i think i see this version more often (especially boxed) than the original imagic PAL release (in the traditional imagic cartridge). but i don't know what the value is for that one. here are some of these white labels on atariage: http://www.atariage.com/software_list.html...l?SystemID=2600
CincYnoTi #4 Posted February 5, 2004 hmm, that second link didn't really work. you have to set your search criteria to the following: company=imagic region=all tv format=PAL or maybe this link will work: http://www.atariage.com/software_list.html...ordsPerPage=
