Why does the winning bidder use 99% of a common NES cheat code as his name? That is pretty much the cheat code to get all the weapons in Gradius (I should know)

 

Frogger is a very popular title, made more so with the PS2/Xbox/Gamecube modern releases using Frogger as a main character. Still, I don't get why someone would pay that much for an ultra common Atari VCS cart.
