I went to my local video place today, and they have a mini game store there, you can sell them games and you can buy. I see a 'Soul Edge' with no case or anything, $5 so I grab it. I come home, put it in, the PS1 logo comes up and then......nothing. So, I decided to use the GameShark boot disc, didnt think it would do much, and still nothing. Glad I kept the receipt. You think places that sell games would atleast check them out before they sold them

Not if there is scratches on the label side. If there is, it is toast. If they are just on the non label side, you can resurface it.
