The Sage of Sega #1 Posted February 16, 2004 Any way I could find or hack all the parts to do this?
video game addict #2 Posted February 16, 2004 Most arcade boards, well alot anyway output in RGB, so if you plan on playing on a TV you need an encoder, this is the most expensive part in the puzzle. The most popular one out now is the Jrok Check these pages out, pretty much everything you need to know: http://www.digitpress.com/archives/arc00093.htm http://cps2shock.retrogames.com/jamma.html http://www.sgrepository.com/ There are others but those are pretty specific for what I believe you are wanting to do. Also a few places make & sell these things prebuilt with controllers for around $300 like: http://www.massystems.com/SuperNova.html & http://www.gwtrading.com/hga.shtml They are pretty cool, I have a MAS Supernova I picked up off ebay for a decent price. Neo Geo MVS works with it, so I can collect MVS carts with an MVS pcb, and a I have about a 6 or 7 other jamma boards, makes for some great fun! I play them more than most of my systems actually,

RupanIII #4 Posted July 6, 2016 Hey all, I'm researching the Great Western Inc H.G.A. Supergun and their website is long gone. Does anyone have one they could post pictures of and give me a little rundown on? I need to know if it has RGB (i've read it does) , SVideo and Stereo or Mono Audio? How does it handle controllers? Thanks. John.
Nebulon #5 Posted July 7, 2016 I'm guessing one of these might help (and they're cheap, too): http://www.ebay.ca/itm/NEW-Arcade-game-RGB-CGA-EGA-YUV-to-VGA-HD-video-converter-board-GBS8200-FE-/291548901807?hash=item43e1ab31af:g:WuEAAOSwv0tVTgki
shoestring #6 Posted July 20, 2016 The AV7000 is a great little unit, it's what I use for home. It handles RGB and composite and has an adjustable +5 line.
