ANOTHER ONE TO ADD TO THE BID BlOCK!!!!

Well here we go again.. I don't know what the heck is with people latly.. I just got ANOTHER undeserved neg, for a lousy spiderman cart :roll: Here is the deal, I sent this guy his cart, I printed the label straight off of paypals 'print label' option. SEVERAL weeks go by, guy emails and says he never got cart.. I say, 'Ill send ya anther" just to be nice,, what the hell, its only a spiderman cart and I have several,, so anyway friday I get the second cart back.. says the address is bad, before I get a chance to photo and post the pic of the package, this guy negs me :roll: unreal! I wrote him and asked if he would take care of it,, I havnt neg'd him yet.. Ill keep everyone posted to what happens, here is auction link,, than a link showing the package (proof!)

I'd like to defend myself here...i'm the bidder in question here, and all this case boils down to is a error in communication...i included the PROPER address in my payment e-mail from Paypal, but the seller didn't read it, and just printed out the label from the database (i said in the note that i had not yet been able to update my address after my PO BOX had been closed). I sent numerous e-mails top him inquiring about the status of my package, but NEVER rec'd any replies, not even a "i'll send a second one" as he says. Had i, i would have tried to make sure he had the correct address. Only after a full month and filling out a Square Trade case file that still did not garner any responce (no fault of his, a button was not clicked, adding to further delays) i left negative feedback. Apparently, THAT is the way to get a responce that WORKS, as i rec'd an e-mail today with the link to this forum as well as an explanation as to the troubles with shipping my package. It wasn't so much the value of the product or the money i spent ( a paltry amount by any means) but more the principle of the matter; no responces to my numerous questions giving the feeling of being "ripped off". As i see it now, hoever, i understand that there was just a breach in communication levels; he missed things i said, and he tried to send replies but was foiled by hidden buttons. A simple misunderstanding. Please understand that i only used Square Trade as a last resort to in some way garner SOME responce from him after a full month of hearing nothing. I'll be happy to remove the negatve feedback now that we understand what's gone on.

In all fairness I want everyone to know I sent this bidder a link to the forum to be very fair and open about this.. I do beleive this was a misunderstanding however,, I will STRONGLY disagree with not responding.. I did,, even told you when I sent out the second one, thats why I was so mad you went to square trade, I had JUST sent you a email the day before saying it was on the way and to keep me informed. Other than that no prob,, but it is your responsiblity to keep your address up to date. In your several email you sent me were we talked about your second game you never mentioned your address change.. it was only a one line note on the paypal invoice,, easy to oversee,, My contact info is very up to date on paypal,, you could of easily called, as a matter of fact if you can check your caller I'd you will see I tried calling late last week (thursday?) . I will admit when Im wrong, and I am a person who is late answereing emails (no more than few days) and am slow at times getting packages out at times, but when this happens Im very up front about it, no excusses, plus the quality of my work and products is top notch, I'd rather have it late and 'right' (working correctly, looking correct and packaged correctly) than hurried and 'wrong'. Im not a lazy person, just a person burning the candle at both ends. Sorry for the probs and misunderstandding.. just dont jump to conclusions so quick,, and I know I sent you at leastt wo emails on this?.. but hey;.. all good on my end, Im not one to carry grudges or drag peoples name thru the mud (unless they really desever it :D ) , that is why I was so upfront in pointing you to the forum. I have had other customers ask me to ship to a diff location than listed on paypal, but they have always sent me a personal email to confirm this. Many people use automated software and the labels come straight off of your submitted address. Me, I just print out the label than cut out the address,, this is done so I don't mess up the shipping.. imagine that;) but anyway.. all is kewl, lets get this squared up

also,, I have had people in the past who couldnt email me and others who couldn't recieve my email.. rare, but has happend prob 3 times in the last two years?? Very possible I was sending him letters thinking he was recieving em ..

Also,, this is a good case for all to read (sellers) just incase they approach somthing of the nature in the future. I plan on including a 'please request permission to bid if you want shipped to a different address than listed with ebay' disclaimer to better inform buyers that its easy to miss this fact unless clearly stated. I don't blam the buyer on this, just miscommo' all is kewl.

I agree but want to point out I didn't neg this guy.. felt it was best to approach this civil;) and look,, it seems it worked;) Im out $20 bucks for the squar trade but hey, thats kewl,, lesson learned, disclaimer in futur ads concering address:)
