how to get sears telegram carts to work in regular 2600/7800

Recommended Posts

I was given a few carts from the sears label that are too small for either my 2600 or 7800. is there supposed to be an adapter for these?

Hmm...no there is no adapter. If the carts are too small for your 2600 and 7800, then, most likely, they are for another system...perhaps the Intellivision. I think Sears-branded carts were produced for that system.

Aren't there also Canada-only Sears carts for the LeisureVision (aka Emerson Arcadia)?

And there was a Sears INTV, also, although I thought the games had the same labels/boxes, and the system itself was all that had different badging . . . Go look at M-Network on the rarity guide, if it looks like the top half of those, it's an INTV cart . . .

Sears sold the Intellivision as the Sears Super Video Arcade and ,just like with their 2600 edition, the systems and games are identical to the original.

ok, thanks for the help and replies. I just recently purchased a 2600 and a 7800 and both came with games and there were a few of these with them.
