FireTiger #1 Posted February 25, 2004 Hello, realizing there are the following possible Heiro's and order matters with duplicates allowed... what are you favorite 'special powers/inhibitors', what code, what level, and at what setting? I wonder if there is a correlation between the Heiros and the Power, becides that triplets are nearly always non-points powers. I am really looking for codes that do not give points, perhaps another list. I have not beaten the game yet. -lvl 5 eats me up on novice with the green/yellow tracking wait till you move Scarabs and Vultures. Description, lvl #, land color, water color lvl 1 - Tan and Blue lvl 2 - Green and 'Purple' lvl 3 -Sliver and Green lvl 4 -Black and Magenta lvl 5 - Dark Green and Dark Blue lvl 6 - Black and purple, light blue minis and gold buildings Heiro's A = Ankh B = Bird U = Bowl ("U" looks like a bowl shape) C = Cane E = Eye F = Feather M = Man S = Sun over Water Special ability list (incomplete) Inhibitors (activate Automaticly) PW = Polywater (No Swimming) S = Shackle (No Walking) BW = Broken Wing (No Fying) SD = Slow Down (actually you can 'hover', swim and walk faster than fly.) Tempest #2 Posted February 25, 2004 Man you're alot better than I am. I can never make it far into the fourth level. Purple and Black sounds like a freaky color scheme, I've got to see it. Tempest
FireTiger #3 Posted February 26, 2004 Its my favorite game, I actually died level 6 on my last life in the clear area, supposedly right before the level's Sphinx. Practice on Expert, I cant get past level 2 or uses the warp codes to skip levels. I like the Kill Sphinx power!
DeV0 #4 Posted February 26, 2004 Ive only received Desert falcon last Sat, I love it. I like the 2600 version as well. I dont have a clue what does what but it plays extremely well.
FireTiger #5 Posted February 26, 2004 In the 2600... Are the powers the same? Are the combos the same? If you look for some combos and they work then the 2600 list could be up.
Chris-in-NJ #6 Posted March 16, 2004 I just got this last week, and it's rapidly turning into my favorite 7800 game. It's *just* difficult enough that I don't die all the time (unlike Scrapyard Dog where lots of lives are lost early on) and I have to concentrate on what I'm doing. The flying animation is really impressive, and what's more, my 11-month-old daughter really likes the theme music  Shame the Video Game Critic doesn't like it all that much, I feel the walking parts are fun! FireTiger #12 Posted June 17, 2004 Level six -> ok I agree, didn't stay around long enough last time. My level 7 was red and orange with blue heiros... just got there today. But I kinda cheated... (Aunk, Bowl, Aunk = warp leves 3+, novice). No problems except I had shackles and I dove into a pyrimid, last life. *sigh* Going to get to level 10... RJ #15 Posted June 18, 2004 Another tip: activating "Hold Sphinx" when you get it affects it, even if you havent reached it yet. It'll be frozen when you get there!
