HermChase #1 Posted February 26, 2004 I know I should be able to figure this out, but I must be slow, because I couldn't... I recently won a Arcadia Supercharger on an eBay auction, plus some games, and the lady who I won them from said she would send two games that she didn't know the proper system for, but said I might have some use for them. Now, I got them...And I have no idea what system they are for either. I'm sure you all know, and I'm going to look stupid, but it's piqued my curiousity. So, what console are these for? (They are Popeye and Q*Bert, by the way, Popeye is turned around for a good back view) Thank you in advance! -------- Chase Hermsen P.S. I also got a Video Touch Pad that wasn't listed in the auction! How thoughtful!
sku_u #2 Posted February 26, 2004 They look kind of like TI-99 carts, but the Frogger cart I have is slightly different..
Hydian #3 Posted February 26, 2004 Look like TI-99 or Color Computer maybe?
SteveW #4 Posted February 26, 2004 I think the TI-99/4A carts look different than that. But I don't own the Q*Bert cart, so I can't be sure. Could be for the CoCo.
Ze_ro #5 Posted February 26, 2004 TI-99 would be my guess too... how big is the cartridge? It's hard to tell from the picture. --Zero
Christophero Sly #6 Posted February 26, 2004 Yup, those carts are for the TI-99/4A.
+-^CrossBow^- #7 Posted February 26, 2004 I disagree. I have seen other Parker carts for the TI-99 and they actually use the same blueish colored background as they did for the 5200 releases. I think these are for the COCO.
Albert #8 Posted February 26, 2004 Those are unquestionably TI 99/4a cartridges. I just pulled out my Q*bert and it exactly matches the one shown in the picture (yes, the label is green). ..Al
+-^CrossBow^- #9 Posted February 26, 2004 Thank you Albert for clarifying. I stand corrected.
HermChase #10 Posted February 26, 2004 Wow...Overnight service. Thanks, you guys! Sorry I forgot to add a scale object...So you could see the size...Next time, I guess. Now, what to do with them.... Thanks again! --------- Chase Hermsen
