Atari 2600 Circuit Board

Recommended Posts

I was able to purchase a few replicas of the ATARI 2600 cartridge board. They have the number CO10789. My questions is does anyone know the ROMs or EPROMs that can work on this board and where I can get them?

THANX

Are you talking about sheets of green PCB's ? If so, they aren't replicas and they require mask ROM's to work.

It only takes minor modification to make a production pcb work with Eproms.

I dont know if that is what he is talking about though.

There is a ZIF socket on the other side of the board.

He didn't ask about modifying anything, he asked what chips are needed to use them. :ponder:

Here is a picture of the board I am talking about.

CPUWIZ do you know the name/number of the Mask ROM???

Otherwise, am I going to have to solder a 7404 to make it work with the EPROMs Atari Age sells?

THANX!!!

I am sorry to say this but you're screwed on those, they are 2K boards, one tab on the circuit board end-connector is missing. :(
