Lauren Tyler #1 Posted March 6, 2004 As a lifelong Mass. resident, I've been disappointed with the lack of thrift stores in my home state (or at least ones that I can get to easily by public transit) Am I missing the big picture, are there places I should be looking that I'm just missing, or am I out of luck? geosteve #2 Posted March 6, 2004 I live in central MA, dont know Boston area at all but there are a few places near me - within 1/2 hr ride. Also a nearby weekly flea-market that even has a regular dealer with lots of 2600 and other classic console stuff.
Adrian M #3 Posted March 7, 2004 Unless you're willing to make the trek down to Boston and its outlying suburbs, there's nothing...absolutely nothing. I've had far better luck on weekend trips to New Hampshire as far as finding Atari games is concerned. Sad really, but what can you do?
Lauren Tyler #4 Posted March 11, 2004 Actually, I do live near Boston. So what is there?
chadtower #5 Posted March 11, 2004 Practically nothing - also no pawn shops or strip clubs. MA sucks.

I've taken the trip to the Foxy Lady for the "legs and eggs" breakfest a few times. As for Atari games, there isn't much. Your best bet is to hit the few flea markets that are still around.
