Space Ace Boxed

Did Space Ace originally come in a box?? Every copy I've come across seems to be the "sealed in a jewel case only" version. VGLQ sells a lot of them on eBay with a picture of a box, but they are only in a sealed jewel case. There also seems to a bunch of them out there. What happened to the boxes!!??? Just wondering.

Yes it did. Keep looking, they're not too hard to run down. Braindead 13 boxed is MUCH harder to come by.
