4MB 30 pin SIMMS for sale

I have aquired a stack of 4MB 30 pin SIMMS out of an old Sun computer. These should be fine for use in any Atari hardware that uses 4MB SIMMS. So anyone interested, I believe these can be quite hard to find.

Will they work in a 1040 STE?

I doubt this, as an STe's MMU only handles upto 4MB of RAM anyway..

 

(well this is what I can remember from my yester-years).

 

Not sure if it would be happy with just one stick in an dthe others empty.. but I doubt it would see the full capacity.

 

I am thinking more like TT and Falcon based system which can take more than 4MB

 

of course if there is some newfangled addon for STes that lets them use more than 4MB, if it takes 30pin SIMMS I am sure they would work.
