Gregory DG #1 Posted March 12, 2004 I'm a huge fan of the original Dungeon Master (played through it numerous times!) Dungeon Maker looks like a cool game with graphics for modern PCs! http://www.dungeon-maker.com/ I'm going to give this one a try and make some Dungeons! Ze_ro #2 Posted March 12, 2004 Hot damn! I'll have to check this out later! Dungeon Master is still amung my favorite RPG's ever. Why on earth is it 41MB to download though? Seems a little excessive to me... --Zero
Chuck Gill #3 Posted March 13, 2004 Download in progress as I'm typing. Gregory DG thanks for posting this. Dungeon Master on the ST occupied a lot my (and my family's) time those many years ago. It's still an all time favorite. Chuck
AtariDude #4 Posted March 13, 2004 It must be pretty good given the fact that it is 41 Megabytes big. I will try it but I know that creating a good dungeon is time consuimg. I remember creating boards for Doom took at least 8 hours for just a decent board and many more hours if you really wanted to make something that truly shined. Hopefully this program will not as long to make a good dungeon crawler

I just wished that the telcos would start to make it more economical and make it less expensive so that more people would get it rather than they charging a mint for a smaller percentage of people. Ze_ro #6 Posted March 13, 2004 Well, I have broadband... up here in Canada, it's actually a lot more accessible... it more bugs me from an efficiency standpoint. I still haven't tried this out yet, but what about this game needs 41MB? I mean, the original Dungeon Master can fit on a 3.5" floppy. Is this game using 3D models? Please don't tell me it's written in Flash or something. --Zero
