Well,

 

With all the Frog Pond stuff, I sort of did not want to spoil this...hopefully now I can share the news. After a very long negotiation, I was able to pick up this little beauty It is complete with manual, warranty card, bill of sale and letter from Commavid stating why there was a delay in delivery. It is truly the cornerstone of my collection. Cart is mint, box is mint, I never thought I would own such a thing.

 

We finished the deal up in Philly, and I showed a few people there. Funny to see me carrying this thing around in a shoebox on the floor in Philly. You would have thought it was Uranium the way I was holding onto it!

 

I had to do the texty-thing, so I dont see these on ebay in a week

 

In the one shot, try to guess which is real and which is a fake. Frightening how good the fake is, eh? Glad that guy is on our side!!

He did not want to touch the manual I have since then stopped washing my hands before touching it. Seems a bit over the top

 

Osmeriod, Nicole and I fired it up the next day. Not a lot of fun to play; and it made a lousy coffee table.

 

Anybody want to guess which box is a CPUWIZ creation and which one is real?

I have no idea which one is fake, but if I had to guess I would look at

the ink to see if it had faded any. I noticed the colors on the boxes

are a little different between the two. Since I don't know what colors

the original is supposed to have, I'll take a wild guess and say the

one on the right is the original.

I saw the Video Life in person, so I know which one is real, but the likeness is incredible. No one has mentioned how GREAT CPUWIZ's repros looked at the show and how tempted I was to buy them all! CPUWIZ does an AMAZING job on those.

 

That Video Life is SWEET and amazingly MINT. Curt Vendel actually bowed before Cassidy when he brought it over to the AA booth.
