Looking to buy: XBOX Controller to PC USB cable

I'm looking for one of those USB cables that allow you to use an XBOX controller for your PC games. I saw someone selling these cables before for around $10, but for the life of me I've forgotten who/where.

 

I'm assuming that I'd need drivers to complete the set, so those (or a download link) would be appreciated as well. Prefer to buy from a US-based seller.
