GoodTools or TOSEC?

Recommended Posts

Well, since there is not TOSEC for the 2600, my answer is Good. :)

Hmmm you got me there, I need to be a bit more precise when posting I think ;)

Well, if we disregard the fact that TOSEC doesn't include 2600 yet, which one do feel is the best and most complete of the two?

Cheers!

I have personally found that the two complement each other nicely. If you have the bandwidth and storage space to download every TOSEC and Good collection, you'll seldom find yourself lacking a particular ROM. But if I must pick, I'd pick Good for consoles and TOSEC for computers. But both provide a valuable service for those of us who weren't old enough or smart enough to save all of our old games.

I use good for console systems and tosec for computer systems.

:D

Although to warn you though, alot of people seem to prefer GBArenamer for GBA stuff.

Don't ask me why. I've always considered good better for determining what is a hack and what is not.
