Ridge Racer Type 4: Big box with Jogcon

I really LOVE this game, I guess I'd have to say it's my favourite game ever (and I'm no nipper). Aaaanyway, I have both the Japanese and (my native)UK Game+Jogcon box sets but I'm missing the US box. I've had a vague look around the net but I can never find these babies anywhere! What's with that, did they only make 3 or something?

So, if anyone has one, or can get one, I'd like to pay actual money for it. Thanks.

Did you see CPUs auction awhile back? He's got a bunch of promotional boxes for RR4, kind of what you would see on counters as displays,

No auctual game or controller, but for the anal collector that has to have everything..

haha. Wow, they're great. Hmm, the completist in me kind of needs the game as well though I think 3 Jogcons is just about enough for one household.
