Black Widow Graphics Question... Help!

I've got an Atari Black Widow that I'm having problems with. My brother and I recently got it working after replacing one of the main power capcitors. The problem is that when the spiders and bugs appear there is a faint line that follws them for the entire time they are on the screen. I'm sure something just needs adjusting (I hope) but I don't know where to start. Anyone have any suggestions or solutions I can try to fix this?

Turn down the brightness on the monitor a bit. See if it goes away. If not, I would reseat the eproms on the PCB. I had a similar condition on my Star Wars cockpit, and I reseated the chips for the fix. HTH

Is the line that follows brighter or darker than the background? I've heard that this can be a problem with vector monitors, but if the trouble only started after replacing a part outside of the monitor, there may be another culprit.
