Draikar #1 Posted April 2, 2004 I sold some basic controller's, after I sold them I gave this girl good feed back like eBay says a good seller dose in there chat boards. Much like politics (and she has no negative feed back on her) she played it safe, gave me positive feed back with negative quote. Im mad that if she was not happy she could have e-mailed me and if not happy too what I say then give me a full negative and not some half ass positive feedback with a negative quote. I have extra paddles I could have sent her a new set free of shipping charges. Sorry, I tried to place this in the eBay chat board but they just suck and bitch about what you did wrong so I did not post there. Im just now trying to make a name for myself in eBay but i think I will try http://www.bidiots.com since they seem to keep it more real... Or do like my friend said "Who care's, just sell the shit". taxman #2 Posted April 3, 2004 Nobody reads the positive comments anyways, so it really won't make a difference unless you have a really low # of feedback.
Draikar #3 Posted April 3, 2004 Only 2 negative feed backs, left over a year ago because the seller doubled shipping after I won from 23 dollars shipping to 43 dollars. I never complained to eBay so I guess I deserved it.
Curt Vendel #4 Posted April 3, 2004 Hmmmm.... I don't agree.... low feedback is one indicator, but even moderate to high feedback, I like to take a quick look, sometimes you'll see a seller with a 1,000 feedbacks, but suddenly in the last month the seller has 3, 4 or more negatives, so its always good to see whats going on. The opposite is sometimes true, a seller has like a 97% feedback rating with 500 feedbacks, you go a check and all the negatives were from a long time ago, so its on a case by case basis you need to check. taxman #5 Posted April 4, 2004 Yes, but this was a case of positive feedback with negative comments made. Upon first glance everything looks good (green) so the verbiage probably is not going to get scrutinized.
Chickybaby #6 Posted April 4, 2004 Sorry this happened to you - While you can't edit the feedback you left her I *think* there is a way to add a comment or reply to what she left you. If it really does worry or concern you, I would either contact her to try and resolve the issue or reply to what she left you with a comment of your own. Who knows maybe it will help. You could always ask our neighborhood friendly and ever witty AA member Evilbay's opinion too.
