2600 PAL Carts To Roms

I'm looking for documentation regarding equipment required to transfer some of my PAL carts to ROM files. The majority of ROMs available are NTSC, I wouldn't mind getting an A26 Maxi Cart when released and would like to back up my PAL roms, save them to hard disk and then load them on to the Maxicart.

 

Some of my carts are starting to play up and are tempremental about working this way I can save them and play as and when in the future.

 

Any leads on this one?
