a question about Custer's Revenge packaging

I see some of these are listed on ebay complete in box while others are in a padded case. if you buy a sealed copy do you get the padded case in the box or were there 2 different releases to this?

A few summers ago (like 6!), I tried. Unfortunately, I was stupid, and didn't think of just licking to the tootsie roll center. No, I licked ALL of the candy off. Two hours and four thousand, three hundred and fifty-seven licks later, I finished. Aren't I special?
