USA seem accepted shipping to Canada than before?

Have you noticed at ebay auctions in US seem more and more accepted shipping to Canada than ever before?? I have noticed it recently.

 

 

What reason? Maybe Paypal's policy or what??

I emailed a guy recently to ask about shipping to the UK.

 

He said "I don't want to ship internationally. "

 

I guess that US sellers have a lower threshold for shipping to Canada than to other countries, but I must admit that I have no idea whether attitudes toward Canada have changed lately.

When I sell stuff on eBay, I usually list shipping to US and Canada. I will ship elsewhere if asked.

 

The problem with shipping outside US or Canada is that it can be expensive and slow to get delivered. Unless it is a light weight package that can go airmail which is cheap.
