off topic... little trivia...

just found some old stuff coded by me 1996... have a look on the titel intro of abbuc magazine disc #44... here is the trivia

 

a) from which game did i got the idea of the bouncing mega scroller? (it's a thalion one...)

 

b) and from which game did i sample the voice "please wait..."

 

c) from which vic-20 inspired me for my game whirlwind which i have coded 1987 (and finally found on the net in the abbuc archives... )

 

d) from which c64 sid did i remix in titel #46??? (ok... very easy... it was done with pegasus sound monitor on XL side... and on 1040STE and octalyser tracker the mod file...)

 

ps. boot all discs... with start/reset you can enter the file menu...with cursor keys scroll down and press return...

and check on magazine #42 the last file from side a (digi demo from poland...) quite good... and code/msx by cedyn and jaskier... hehehe... time goes by guys...

really???? oops... shame on me... echt nicht? hmmm... but there is a big sync scroller telling "now loading enchanted land"... but maybe part of the cracktro...

 

i love enchanted land! played it 'til death... i love the mood, the style the music and the playability... a really cool mario-type of game... the carebears at its best...

 

ok... answer b) wings of death level loader (or a lost boys demo... life's a bitch? can't remember it right now...)
