Saikyo
I recall seeing a hack of Dishaster on the TV Boy where you had a man instead of a woman! Also the colors were different, Could this be Mr. Chin? I suppose it could be, ill try to find more info for you! (EDIT noticed the repeat post ignore this!) Same game. I just fired both of 'em up and can’t see any differences whatsoever. In fact, the Polyvox "Mr. Chin" retains the ZiMAG logo on the attract screen. There's also a Cooper Black (that I have) called Dancing Plate, it could be this. I don't actually own a Dishaster cart so I can't compare. No. Polyvox "Mr. Chin" is the "Dancing Plate" game, from Bit Corp. "Dancing Plate" is originally released in Brazil by CCE, with other 8 games from Bit Corp (like Mr. Postman, Boby Is Going Home). This two game, in fact, were very popular here. I don't know why Polyvox released this carts, and others (like Popeye, Frogger, Space Tunnel etc), using Activision cases ! Maybe, I think, because the competition with others small companies that make lots of others games from others companies (Polyvox had only license to release Atari games). Room 34
IT SUCKS! My God, how it sucks. The slight graphical alterations of the pirates in no way affect the fact that THIS GAME SUCKS! (Sorry... I just really hate it.) Incidentally, I will probably be bringing my one and only copy (of Dishaster, not Mr. Chin or any of the other pirate versions) to Milwaukee next weekend as trade fodder, if anyone is interested.... Come to Milwaukee next weekend... (A bit of a trek for you, I suppose, but the shrill, out-of-tune music and brain-rottingly repetitive gameplay will make it worthwhile.) SS
IT SUCKS! My God, how it sucks. The slight graphical alterations of the pirates in no way affect the fact that THIS GAME SUCKS! That's going too far. Sure, not the best game that I've ever played but it's OK in short bursts. I've got far worse games in my collection. It sure ain't no Bobby Is Going Home or Mr. Postman!
