Hi there!

Just thought to share this.

Anyone having a good strategy for it?

WOW. I didn't realize it had that many screens!

The best tip I can give is SPEED, SPEED, SPEED. Avoid anything that can slow you down, even if it means missing a few air tricks or flags.

Great great game, though.

Thanks for the map! :) :) :)

Great map. I have always loved the bmx part of california games. 8)

What happens if you get past all of those screens? I don't think there is any strategy that I could offer.

I thought the map would help me plotting out and memorizing a perfect "jump strategy" :)

Oh, you always get to the bottom. On the last screen your cyclist will stop and it'll play Louie Louie once again.

BTW: In my copy of California Games is a bug, it'll freeze regularly on the BMX screen when playing in tournament mode. Anyone else experiencing this?

Greetings,

Manuel

Still doesn't help too much, seems like I can't score much higher than 30K ;)

I need to get this game for real, (I am sick of playing it through the emu) . The best stratgy I use is just do as many tricks as you can while still speeding

I've gotten in the 40k range by going really fast, and doing a lot of flips (I don't do the tabletops.) The manual says you get a pretty hefty bonus for collecting all the flags, and not crashing. While I have not been able to do this, maybe the map will help. I've always just had more fun going "full tilt", and doing hundreds of flips. :D
