ebay watch list - more than 30 now?

I just placed a few more items in my wacth list and I didn't even notice that my watch list has 35 items in it. it still says 30 Max but I have 35 in there. could they be expanding this?

At one point I had my watch list up to 70 and then eBay cut it back again down to 30.

every other time I try to add another item when I'm at my limit I would get a message but this time I didn't.

Did they increase the limit number, I thought it was still the same?
