Stupid paypal

I posted a message about a problem with paypal some time ago. It was about a package sent to the USA and the buyer complained and paypal banned my account.

 

But it was not the buyers fault.The buyer has received the package long ago, but only got auto-responses from paypal.Same with me, I write to paypal and the only emails I get are automatically generated genereic emails.

 

This is stupid.I cannot use paypal since almost 4 months because they won´t listen to the buyers and sellers ALTHOUGH EVERYTHING is FINE.

 

The BUYER got his games, but cannot contact ebay.

 

I´ve sent the items but cannot get my account back.

 

I think this is stupid, they are losing money and I can´t sell stuff outside of Europe since checks are so expensive and nobody uses them anymore.

 

Does anyone know how to contact paypal without speaking with a computer ?

 

I hate these automatically generated emails.
