paddle help

my pddles are not working to good. When I twist the knobe thing the object on the screen goes crazy and goes all over the place... any thoughts on how to fix this problem?

They just need a cleaning. Do a search for "Jittery Paddles". There's probably 10 threads about fixing it.

If you want to be a real stud you can put new 1 meg pots (Radio Shack sells these for about $2.50) in them and they'll be like new.
