STOS Extension organiser

I have a couple of STOS extensions that I am unable to use together due to them both using the same file extension, I seem to recall that there was a program that would sort and rename them thus resolving any conflicts.

Just renaming the extensions does not work.

 

Does anyone remember what is was called and where I might find a copy?
