Draikar #1 Posted May 13, 2004 When i was new on ebay i won an item from a good seller, I later after I think 2 years I seen I sold him a game lot. just got his feedback for the lot i sold ho but a week latter he is no longer a registered user. Why ? He had good feedback. Im interested since he was one of my first time ebay people to buy from and after he left me feedback he is no longer a registered user. Maybe my point is why some sellers vanish when they sold a lot and had little negative feedback and one day are "no longer a registered user" ??? Albert #3 Posted May 13, 2004 eBay can NARU your account for many reasons, such as for breaking any of their policies repeatedly. Or if you don't pay your bill (assuming you have been selling merchandise). There's probably a way to close your eBay account as well, but after a brief search I couldn't find a way to do it online (although I did find pages on how to close your PayPal account). ..Al

Draikar #5 Posted May 13, 2004 I need to edit, at times I post without seeing what I type, then I see what I posted and need to spell check. ( I dropped out of school so my spellings is less then crap ) Thanks for the NEWS Albert but how do you go NARU when you sell so much, I seen this happen lot lately to power sellers... Is eBay so powerful now that they can kick power sellers off left and right ? Nukey Shay, the seller was body_dude, i got i think Famicom games from him years ago since that's why i started on ebay to buy imports, he won my Atari game lot and resold some so he maybe an Atari game seller now (was). Albert #9 Posted May 13, 2004 What DID happen to the edit button, anyway? Just temporary until I can spend some time to patch the current software to improve edit speeds, or we move to InvisionBoard. Since the move to InvisionBoard is still going to be a bit (it's in beta right now), I'll try to get the software patched soon. Editing (especially when several people are editing messages in parallel) really bogs down the server, due to the poorly designed SQL queries the software executes at the time (related to the search feature). ..Al
