i am considering buying this game but i dont usually like to spend $50 on a game would you guys recommend this game and say it's worth the money?I usually go by reviews from egm but i cant find the issue where they reviewed this game so i need some opinions.

If you like hard games that will kick your ass all over the room, then yes spend the $50

If you like games with stunningly beautiful graphics, then yes spend the $50

Great game worth every penny, IF you can master it......

yup,i mean the new xbox one,i already have the old school NES ones which are great games

I have been getting into Ninja Gaiden Shadow for classic GB lately. If you dig Ninja Gaiden stuff, it's worth a look.

Don't forget that the XBOX Ninja Gaiden has the 3 NES titles included, provided you ahve the skill to unlock them!

Its a hard game, but the value is there. Not my cup of tea though. No, Im not bad at it, I just prefer war titles.

Don't know if its true but I've heard that Xbox Ninja Gaiden has set the record for most broken controllers out of frustration

Oh yeah, this is the game that Penny Arcade described as "so hard it kills your friends". Is it really so hard?

if you had an NTSC xbox i would loan you my copy dave.. its that hard.. yet not SNK boss syndrome hard. It takes alot of quick wits and thinking when you need to block and counter and whatnot.

 

If you DO have an NTSC xbox (i know how you are with your hatred for PAL pal) shoot me a PM.

The March 2004 issue of Official Xbox Magazine had a playable demo of Ninja Gaiden, try to find that. Maybe your local store has back issues laying around?

I always liked the SNES remakes are better than the NES verions, if only graphically. I suppose Tecmo is catering to the older nostalgia since most know the originals

I'm not sure how many know this but the PAL version of Ninja Gaiden was censored pretty heavily. There is a patch available for the game but you will need a modded xbox to apply it. If anyone here is interested here is a link to the torrent.

I believe you need to have the game copied to your HD and replace 6 files in the Ninja Gaiden directory.
