Wow ... that's some freaky hardware. Looks like a Samurai battle suit.

 

Takes a 220V power supply, so it's probably from Hong Kong (and thus is also PAL.)

Correction: Just saw the description. It says it's SECAM. I thought that was only in France?

No you can find Secam in France, in some middle east european countries and some African country....

But for this one i think it was more a mistake...it must be Pal unless it was only made for African or middle east market!

But the seller is in Canada. The letterings on the console looks Chinese or Japanese so it may not be SECAM. The seller may not know what SECAM is and selected the format at random, didn't select the right format and didn't double-check, or it may be SECAM after all.

Somehow I doubt either Africa or the Middle East have a penchant for oriental design -- other than their common affinity for gold lamaise.

 

I'd bet it's Hong Kong.

I've seen several Famicom clones but nothing like this one.

 

Looks kinda weird! I'm betting Hong Kong as well.
