You'll need a 110V to 220V power converter, for one. That should take care of the voltage issues. To the broadcast difference, as I understand it most modern PAL televisions are capable of syncing at 60Hz (called PAL-60 there) but NTSC games may have incorrect colours due to the differences in the PAL colour scheme.

You won't need a converter - just use a bog-standard UK Atari PSU (or a universal one from Tandy's - 9V DC with the same polarity as marked on the US PSU).

Your trouble will come with tuning into a TV. If your TV can tune to VHF (most British TVs can't) then you may get a colour signal, but the colours will be wrong. I find my Sony WEGA can not tune into an American Atari, but my JVC video can. However, there's still no sound, although you may be able to get that by tweaking a knob on the motherboard inside the Atari itself.

Your best bet is to mod it to give you composite mod and phono audio, otherwise things can get tricky. Even then though your TV needs to support NTSC video....
