Where can I find info on Jamma cabinets/PCB's/systems?

I am obviously an uneducated newb who has no clue where to start. Could anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks.

http://www.klov.com has a massive amount of information on arcade machines.

 

Both of these forums have a large user base of people who are knowlegable about the car and feeding of arcade games.

To add to this,

 

I am thinking of getting a cabinet and I am wanting to know how to swap out PCB's, controls, and compatibility issues etc.. Where is a good place to read up on this subject?
