Selling my Nintendo collection...

Whats up with those shipping prices? $8 to ship 1 game, you could ship 5 or 6 games Priority Mail for that.

Where'd you see that? I just looked at his Megaman 6 auction and shipping is stated at $3.50.

Look at the complete games. FF2 for the SNES and DW4 for the NES.

That's the ONLY one where the shipping isn't ridiculous. $12.00 to ship 5 unboxed SNES games? Why do sellers have to screw people on shipping I'll never understand.

I was going to mention that one too but I forgot. I just sent 6 SNES games to Califonia and it cost me $5.50 Priority Mail.

I really dno't know what shipping was going to be so I took a guess. Judging by size and weight.... plus REALLY GOOD PACKAGING that seemed roughly about right for what similar lots on ebay go for. If there is any SIGNIFICANT difference, the difference will be refunded.

BTW... shipping was free with BINs

Also insurance is a fixed price. Like on this Mega man 6 the insurance would only be 1.30 for up to 50 dollars.

All the rates are given here for extra services like insurance.

Penguin, you have been buying and selling on E-Bay for at least 4 years. You should already have an idea what it costs to send packages. I know a lot of people overcharge on shipping, but that does not make it right.

Umm... I never buy game on ebay. Look at the past auctions. It is all NASCAR stuff. Anyway, friend is selling this for me... it be his account. I can't sell on ebay because I have no credit card to list the items with.

As for shipping, lets see... need to buy a box, packing material, go to post office, pay for shipping, as well as tracking. It IS more expensive than you think. Those little NASCAR diecasts cost like $12 to ship. A bundle of boxed games is bigger than that! Anyway, like I said, if there is a BIG difference, money making up the difference will be sent to you with the item.

Also, I am going to list an ASS LOAD of NES game and GameCube Games tomarrow. If you want big lot with some pretty decent stuff, check back.

If you ship Priority Mail, the boxes are free. As for packing material, newpapers like the money saver come in the mail frequently, cost nothing and make excellent packing materials.

You can also reuse old boxes that your other items arrived in. I've been doing that for years and it costs nothing.

You can also reuse packing supplies. I just threw away 10 garbage bags full of packing peanuts because I have another 5 full of them. I never bought any of the packing peanuts. It's also easy to save and reuse bubble wrap.
