Just use the BIN to PDB converter listed under EAPP - Free Atari Emulator. You can use the regular roms for AA and use that converter to make them into files compatable with Palm OS.

I'm not sure if Palm or PocketPC is fast enough to handle Handy. After all, a 16 bit processor with pseduo-3D graphic takes a fair amount of CPU power

WinMX is probably the only good one that doesn't have spyware. There is also Kaaza-lite that contains a modified version of spyware file so it doesn't do anything but it's hard to find one nowday.
