Sending stuff to Nintendo for repair

Recommended Posts

Has anyone ever done this? I am wondering what kind of customer service they provide and how long it going to take, etc. And if I can expect good quality work

I bought a new NES GBA, but there is a little white speck of dust behind the screen that is just driving me nuts. Their website actually identifies the problem and of course the GBA has a year warranty, so it won't cost me anything other than shipping I suppose to get it fixed.

Anyone have experiences to share?

My friend had that problem, as well as bad shoulder buttons on his GBA SP. He sent it back to nintendo and they sent him a new one (may have been refurbed, but it looked like new)

I started playing my GBA SP again, and the L button is pretty fussy now (takes a couple presses before doing anything) I would send it back, but it's been just over a year since I bought it

Hi, I send'em a used SNES I found in the goodwill like 4 years ago, the power connector was broken. I had to pay like 25 bucks, but they fix it (i think I've got a refurbished one, anyways) and they cleaned all the games I had for the system for free.
