Is the VCS 2600 Junior 100 % compatible ?

Same here... even with in my 7800 all my 2600 games works.

I did find one problem, though it's actually with paddles: I have a pair of Commodore-made paddles (They were intended to be sold with the VIC-20, but they are the same shape as the 2600 paddles only they're white), they seem to work perfectly with my 6-switch Atari, but on the 2600 Jr with Video Olympics, I can't get my paddle to the bottom of the screen. This is the only problem I've ever had though, and I've since gotten better sets of paddles.

 

It's also worth noting that a lot of my cartridges seem to fit better into the 2600 Jr than my 6-switch (Most notably the later silver-label games such as Dig Dug and Pole Position... the cartridge seems to be slightly fatter and must be pushed into my 6-switch rather roughly)

Not that it isnt compadable with the 2600 jr but sometimes my combat 2 freezes. only happened once thou it was on a 2600jr unit but i think it was some dust but thats the only somewhat problem i see with the 2600jr other than that all the carts work( even the combat2 now after the problem
