[info from Russ Perry Jr.]

There is at least 3 games...

alternate version of Battlezone

Dodge 'Em variant - made for a truck company

original game - only about 25% done.

Anyone have any more info on these? Len?

What bums me out is that she hadn't kept any code or carts, and couldn't remember which truck company before -- "maybe Mercedes"!?! (did they ever make garbage trucks? that's what she thought it was for).

Ugh, that is unfortunate.

I've certainly seen enough commercial Mercedes trucks out there, so it's not beyond the realm of possibility it was them. But there are lots of companies that produce trucks, so it could have been any of them. I wonder how that version differed from the retail version of Dodge 'em. Different graphics for the vehicles, perhaps?

Why did she do an alternate version of Battlezone? Was she the original programmer and they didn't like her design? Who did program the 2600 version of Battlezone anyway? I always assumed it was a GCC game.
