JURISDICTION  

 

Your agreement to purchase goods from DJB Sports Collectibles shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance  

with the laws of the State of New Jersey, as it is applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within such State.  

Any action you, any third party or DJB Sports Collectibles brings to enforce this agreement or, in connection with, any matters  

related to this site shall be brought only in either the state or Federal Courts located in Somerset County, New Jersey, and you  

expressly consent to the jurisdiction of said courts. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason  

unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability  

of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the matters contained herein and shall not  

be modified except in writing, signed by DJB Sports Collectibles and all other involved parties.  

 

ORDER SUBMISSION  

 

By placing (submitting) an order to DJB Sports Collectibles using this website (or by telephone, e-mail, or other means) binds you  

(the customer) to the following agreement:  

 

1. Customer represents that he or she is over the age of eighteen (18).  

 

2. Customer agrees to provide sufficient and accurate information (name, address, e-mail address, telephone number) to allow  

   DJB Sports Collectibles to verify the legitimacy of the transaction.  

 

3. Customer agrees to pay collection costs if the issuing credit card company refuses (for whatever reason) to pay the charges for  

   an order submitted to DJB Sports Collectibles.  

 

4. Customer agrees to provide sufficient and accurate credit card information, including CVV2 code when applicable.  

   Any attempt to place a fraudalent order through DJB Sports Collectibles will result in legal action against the customer.  

 

ORDERING POLICY

 

1)   DJB Sports Collectibles is a HOME-BASED BUSINESS. We accept internet, telephone, fax, and mail orders ONLY.

2)   All telephone, fax, and mail orders will be verified in order for us to provide you with information regarding  shipping costs, date of shipment, etc.

3)   Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, or Overnight (based on your preference) and insured when necessary. Most orders will be shipped on the next business day. Shipping costs will be applied to each order. A handling fee of $1.00 will be applied to each order, to cover the costs of the credit card transaction / authorization process.

4)   We will not ship orders to an address other than the billing address (as it appears on your credit card) for first-time customers.

5)   Credit card purchases on the Internet will be handled on a secure server.

6)   We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards (no additional fee). Personal checks or money orders are acceptable for REPEAT CUSTOMERS only (check or money order must clear before we will ship the order). Sorry, no COD's.

7)   7 day return policy for unopened, SEALED items only. NO RETURNS on any opened items. All returns require prior RETURN AUTHORIZATION - contact us before you return any item! Customer will be required to pay for return shipment and replacement items. Returned items can only be exchanged for items of equivalent value.

  If you don't see an item listed in our catalog, please contact us. We may be able to locate the item for you, or we may be temporarily out of stock.

9)   Prices are subject to change, based on market conditions. Values listed on our website reflect our current prices. Items are also subject to availability.

10)   NJ residents add 6% sales tax.

11) Sorry, we currenly handle U.S. orders only. International orders will not be accepted.

2) You can be removed from our mailing list at any time, by contacting us via telephone, fax, or e-mail, and stating your desire to be removed from the mailing list. You may also be removed from our e-mail list by replying to us with the subject "UNSUBSCRIBE" or "REMOVE".

3) DJB Sports Collectibles will NEVER distribute or sell our mailing list to ANYONE. It is used for internal marketing purposes only.
