secret "warp" trick for Front Line

David Britten discovered that if you do the "balloon" trick, and press FIRE just as you get shot, the level will end (as if you destroyed the fort)! Repeatedly doing this will roll the score in an hour (at 1 million).

If you press a certain combination of directions at once (look at the DP site for the exact instructions) you turn into something that looks like a hot air balloon. I have no idea what the heck it is, my best guess is that it's some kind of graphics in the code that never made it into the final game. It would be interesting if someone would decompile and search through the code.

 

Anyone know where Ed Temple is now? We could ask him about it.
