Except of course he got it complete in box with manual. And you can find the Sega Genesis version in every Funco bin, but I seriously doubt you can do that with the SMS one. It +is+ rare. Rare enough my wife shelled out $15 for a CIB mint and I felt it was a bargain.

Once, at a Saginaw store. They had on display a Power Base Converter (for sale) and CIB Shinobi (not for sale) They dissapeared some years ago and no one seems to know what happened to Shinobi game. I did get a CIB Power Base Converter (2 thumbscrews in bag, 2 foam blocks, manual, and box that looks like it was never opened)
