Storage Problem

Recommended Posts

Hey i got a new problem.

my 2nd book case is almost filled up. and ,my layout with cabinates doesnt allow a 3rd book case for game storage. ive tried plastic Bins for under the bed ( mom got mad they cracked the ceiling and might come though). gee that was only 378 of teh 601 hmm go figure, but i was thinking of those interlocking cart storage cubes (Stores 4 carts) and build like a wall of atari. but the problem is finding all the cubes i need. plus the price. i got 4 of those cubes here so i can get 16 carts on the wall but i dont know how well that woudl work. what are a couple of solutions to how to make room for game cart storage in my room.

Is shelving out of the question at this point? Shelves would keep the weight of your collection off the floor (of course it would transfer it to the walls). The shelves would take less room than the cubes (I think) and you could dictate the spacing.

Are these carts in boxes or loose?

Maybe you can strike some kind of balance between shelving and bookcase storage to even out the weight.

If all else fails, just remove your furniture and build new furniture out of the Atari goods.

Good Luck

Stan

lol yea man i can imagine that .use a crazy climber as a peice of furniture in a chair hehe. but these are loose carts and there 601 carts. the boxed games are in my cabinate by the window. ( all 95 or so of the boxes). but the carts that are loose are the problem.
