Okay, so in the past 24 hours I have gotten no less than 15 "Billing Error" emails from "Ebay" yeah right! The first problem, the errors must be corrected by JUNE 30th, 2004. So unless I can jump in my Way Back Machine or find the BTF DeLorean, I guess I'm screwed! :wink:

I got the same ones. When I saw June 30, I thought I was having a bad acid trip flashback. They were the most real looking scam e-mails i have seen so far, except for the date.

Yeah, I get tons of eBay phishing scams. Unless the email contains my name in the content of the message, which eBay and PayPal do consistently when sending legitimate emails, it gets deleted immediately.

What if those dates are not a mistake but intentional to fool victims into thinking he or she must act really fast?
