Untested system - tested games ???

Anyone ever see a dude on ebay sell a game system and say he dose not have the hook-ups too test it but has sold games for that system saying tested and working ???? Just seems odd if he/she can't test the system but can test the games on another system ?.... Why not take the hook-ups and test that system he/she is selling ???

 

Odd to sell working games tested and untested system....

I frequently repair and ebay old NES consoles. There is no excuse for not testing them.
