The PAL white label Space Shuttle is rated 5.

 

How to rate the PAL Standard (with picture) label version ?

 

It's not in the database, is it rarest than the while label cart ?

I'd say the picture label release is somewhat rarer, but I wouldn't make a difference in rarity grade. I think a 5 for both is (more than) rare enough.
