StanJr #3 Posted October 17, 2001 Man, that's pretty ambitious. How are you handling the cost/accomodations/scheduling/etc. details? I assume you will have to rent the school or at least part of it? Do you need insurance for something like this? Will the school lump the parking lot in with the cost of renting the school or will that be seperate? Are you going to have catering or will it be more of a carnival food vendor set up? Do you plan on having game vendor booths? Are you going to try to get any official sponsorship? atari70s #4 Posted October 17, 2001 well im still tring to figure out what exactly im doing ( how national it wioll get) it will be in NY state. ) and i can only have 200 people in the building at school at once. 150 or 200 plus dealers of 25 to 40 dealers of classic games. so thats all i got right now. nothing done with hotels in teh area, but that shouldnt be high here. i need dealers right now .they want me to keep it for school people only to be allowed to go. but i want many of you memebrs to go .. you can go if you a dealer hint hint. as a dealer you MUST HAVE NO X RATED GAMES. cause it is a religious school. tabel size should be 6 ft or 8 ft tabels i havent measured yet and price per tabel i dont know but 50% profit will be going to our campus ministry group 50% profit will go to THE WORLD TRADE CENTER FUND Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
