I bought a real nice NTSC version with its manual recently for $34. I think I got a real good price and probably would have paid up to $45.

The rare Spectravideo games don't always get high prices. (The only really notable exception is Chase the Chuckwagon, which almost always goes through the roof, mostly because of the lore surrounding it and the reason for its rarity)

 

I think I ended up selling my Master Builder for US $30 a number of months back.
